Hi all, we’re currently making our detailed plans for this event and would welcome any support you are able to provide.
In particular we would welcome assistance with the running of the family games we hope will be available. We have several already but if you have any garden games suitable for family participation, and you’d be willing to keep an eye on it when in use, please either reply to this post or contact any committee member.
Also, we will have tea/coffee/squash available, and would welcome donations of any sweet treats to go with the drinks. we aim to start the family games at about 4pm so donations of cakes etc. would be gratefully received in the hour before that. if that timing is an issue contact us and we’ll make suitable alternative arrangements
We anticipate that the barbecue and the drink/cakes stall will be open from 5pm
We hope that you’ll be able to come along and make this an enjoyable evening for all
