The AGM will be held on Mon 23rd Feb in the Community Centre starting at 7.30pm and we hope you will be able to join us. Full details of the event will be published towards the end of this month.
We’re currently compiling the agenda, so please let us know over the next few days if you if you have any issues you would like to be debated there. One of the items that will be on the agenda will be the (re)election of the committee. We need some additional committee members, both to bring new ideas and also to help keep the Association running. We are fortunate that the existing committee members are very diligent but they have all been on the committee for many years and we are getting down to a number that just allows us to be quorate: if more than one of our number were not available the committee could not operate because we would be in breach of our constitution leaving remaining members in a precarious legal position. If you would like to join the committee please let us know by responding to this post. if you would like more information about what the role involves please contract any committee member

Hi is there a number to call regards taking on half a plot next to mine?

Hi Denbigh, we spoke to the plot holder in front of you last year because of the state of her plot. She told us she had been unwell and enquired about reducing the size of her plot. However, she has now told us that she is recovered and will be retaining her full plot. Whilst she was unable to get to her plot her shed deteriorated and it has been removed. She’s not concerned about the shed as she recognises that it was probably unsalvageable but she is anxious to recover a stove and the attached chimney pipe which was in the shed. Hopefully some has just moved it for safe keeping and if you have any knowledge of its whereabouts we’d be very grateful if you could let us know .

Ok great im glad she is ok .she was giving me top of her plot then changed her mind .1 tree had fallen down .its quite a mess tbh .il give her a call hopefully she is feeling better. But she was becoming quite agressive after i repaired her shed temporary then it fell down .previous to that she fine .

Thanks Denbigh, it’s not her shed she was worried about but rather what was in the shed. I’m sure she would appreciate a call
