The AGM this year will be held in Pill Community Centre, Church Lane on Mon 23rd Feb, starting at 7.30pm.
As usual, we’ll review the status of the Association, including its finances, what we expect to happen in 2026, as well as providing the committee with the authority to run the Association through an election. There is still time for you to nominate yourself to join the committee: we really need some more people to ensure that we can continue to run the Association. If you are interested or want any further information, please talk to any existing committee member or respond to this post. There will also be an opportunity to raise any issues of concern/interest related to the Association.
A copy of the formal agenda and last year’s minutes are attached.
We hope that you will be able to come along and show your support for the Association. Tea/coffee and, hopefully, a biscuit will be provided to sustain you but if you feel the need for something stronger you’ll need to BYO. There will also be a (cash) raffle with tickets keenly priced at £1 for a variety of enticing prizes.
