Summer Social Sat 11th July

Hi all,

A date for your diary: last year’s event was successful so we’re going to rinse and repeat this year on 11th July. We hope to have a selection of outdoor games to amuse all age groups and a barbecue.

We would welcome assistance with the running of the family games we hope will be available. We have several already but if you have any garden games suitable for family participation, and you’d be willing to keep an eye on it when in use, please either reply to this post or contact any committee member.

Also, we will have tea/coffee/squash available (we don’t have a licence so if you want something stronger you’ll need to BYO) and would welcome donations of any sweet treats to go with the drinks. If possible, these should be delivered between 3pm and 4pm on 11th but if that timing is an issue contact us and we’ll make suitable alternative arrangements.

We’ll start the family games at 4pm, with the barbecue open from c. 5pm
