Hosepipes

Hi all,

water is scarce and expensive. For that reason we have rules around the use of hosepipes connected to any of the standpipes on the field. Hosepipes may only be used to fill IBCs or similar storage units, and only on payment of an annual fee. A hosepipe may not be used to water a plot directly under any circumstances.

Not observing these rules is a breach of your tenancy agreement and we reserve the right to take appropriate action. This will include confiscation of the offending hosepipes and may result in eviction.

I am aware that the vast majority of plotholders observe the rules, and am grateful to the plotholder who advised us of a recent egregious breach. If you see or suspect any similar activity please advise a committee member
